Jamison Standridge (email@example.com) received his M.A. in Italian Studies (with a minor in Humanities) in 2009 from Florida State University, where he had also received, in 2007, his B.A. in Italian (with a minor in English). In 2008 he was awarded the Ada Belle Winthrop-King scholarship for graduate studies, which he used to study at Rome’s Università La Sapienza. After receiving his M.A. he worked as an instructor in South Korea, followed by an adjunct position at the State College of Florida Manatee-Sarasota. Jamison began his doctoral work at Rutgers University in 2011. His academic interests include twentieth-century Italian women authors and the relationship between identity and trauma.
