The course analyzes the Italian Business culture and environment; students will be able to understand the nuances of the Italian Business life and learn about the proper etiquette to conduct business in Italy.  They will also learn about the different types of Italian corporate cultures and the role of family businesses in Italy. Furthermore, they will learn about how today’s multinational and corporate companies are slowly replacing the old fashion family business.  We will also analyze the concept and history of the ‘made in Italy’ to understand why it continues to be a leading brand in the world.  We will focus on some major Italian brands with the purpose of understanding the origin of their long-lasting fame and success.
